Woman arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart

Decorah Police officers were dispatched to the Decorah Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter who was in custody, and a male shoplifter who had fled the area on foot. Officers arrived a short time after being dispatched to the area, but could not locate the male subject.

The female subject was 20-year-old Jazmine Rathburn who attempted to remove $124.83 worth of merchandise from the store without paying fro the items. Rathburn was arrested and jailed for Theft 5th (Shoplifting).
