Cresco man transported to Winneshiek County Jail

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 63-year-old Steven Ashford of Cresco was transported from the Howard County Sheriff's Office to the Winneshiek County Jail Saturday morning on a warrant for failure to appear.
