Ridgeway man arrested for exploitation of a minor

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 19-year-old Caleb Fenske of Ridgeway was arrested Wednesday evening on a warrant for felony exploitation of a minor. Fenske was transported from Ridgeway to the Winneshiek County Jail.
