West Union man arrested

31-year-old Abraham Walter White of West Union was arrested on a warrant for three counts of Theft in the first degree and nine counts of Tampering with Records after an investigation with his previous employer Thompson Truck and Trailer in Decorah. The Decorah Police Department was assisted by the Winneshiek County Attorney's Office.
