Winneshiek County Highway A-46 to be closed for four months

Starting Monday, Winneshiek County Highway A-46 just east of the Howard County line will be closed for four months.

Crews are starting a project to replace Bridge #87 half a mile east of Howard County.  The project—and the detour—are expected to last through the end of July.
