Deputies had a busy weekend

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office responded to at least four incidents over the weekend (see separate story about Ridgeway man).

At 5:00 p.m. Sunday, 23-year-old Nicole Hayek of Calmar was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for driving while barred. 

At 7:00 p.m. Friday, 34-year-old Ryan Tovar of Waterloo was transported from the Bremer County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail.  He had been served a warrant for first degree felony theft.

At 7:30 p.m. Friday, 33-year-old Megen Clark of Calmar was transported from the Fayette County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail.  She faces Winneshiek County charges of one count of felony forgery and three counts of aggravated misdemeanor identity theft.
