Trial scheduled for April 11th for Ridgeway man facing Domestic Abuse Assault charge

A Ridgeway man will go on trial Wednesday, April 11th on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault.

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies were called to Chad David Harvey's home on 240th Street shortly after midnight February 13th after an argument he had with his wife allegedly became physical, resulting in his wife suffering a broken right collarbone.

A judge has issued a no contact order in the case, scheduled a preliminary hearing on March 27th and a jury trial for 9:30 a.m. on April 11th.
