Waterloo man brought to Decorah to face Winneshiek County charges

A Waterloo man is now in the Winneshiek County Jail, waiting to face charges in Decorah.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says deputies transported 42-year-old Kevin Gates of Waterloo from the Black Hawk County Jail early Friday morning, taking him to Winneshiek County to face a charge of First Degree Theft.
