Decorah HS speech students do well at Individual State Speech

Out of Decorah High School 's 39 performances at the Individual State Speech Contest held at Starmont High School on Saturday, 31 received top ratings.  Of the 31 Division I ratings, 15 received straight I ratings from their judges. 

All-State nominations will be posted late Monday afternoon on the Iowa High School Speech Association website at www.ihssa.org.  The Individual All-State Festival will be held Monday, March 26th, at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls.
