Tickets now on sale for upcoming New Minowa show "Next to Normal"

New Minowa Players has begun selling tickets for its upcoming show "Next to Normal". Tickets can be purchased locally at Oneota Community Food Co-op and online at www.newminowaplayers.org. The show will be performed at the NMP Theatre at 906 S. Mill Street in Decorah on April 5th through April 8th.
 
"Next to Normal" is an award winning rock musical with book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey and music by Tom Kitt. Its story revolves around a mother's struggle with bipolar disorder and the effects of that process on her family. The musical also explores themes of grief, drug abuse, suicide, ethics, and  suburban life.  "Next to Normal" presents the use of strong language and themes of suicide, self harm, the death of a child, and drug abuse. No children under the age of 13 will be admitted.
 
"Next to Normal" will be performed at 7:00 p.m. April 5th, 6th and 7th and at 2:00 p.m. April 7th and 8th.
