Students from Calmar, Festina, Spillville (CFS) Catholic Schools are helping Winneshiek Medical Center.
Older students have tied fleece blankets for pediatric patients in need of extra comfort when at the medical center for a procedure or stay in the hospital. Younger students have assembled bookmarks for WMC donors, which highlighted how 2017 gifts were used and the impact donors had on purchasing advanced technology for WMC.
CFS Catholic School staffers say, "We are hoping that (the projects) will plant the seed for the students to continue to do community service throughout their entire lives."
