Three arrested in separate drunk driving cases

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies arrested three persons on charges of Operating While Intoxicated in separate stops over the weekend.

Around 3:00 Sunday morning 28-year-old Justin Bigler of Dorchester was stopped on 380th Street in Highland Township and arrested on a charge of Third Offense O.W.I. (Alcohol Impaired) and Driving with License Under Suspension.

Around 7:00 Saturday night 63-year-old Donald Burke of Dorchester was stopped on Court Street in Decorah and charged with Operating While under the Influencealcohol impaired.

Around 3:00 Saturday morning 49-year-old Michelle Albertson of Ridgeway was stopped on Old Stage Road in Decorah Township and arrested on a charge of Operating While under the Influence 2nd Offensealcohol impaired.

After being charged, all three were booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
