Photo of the day: Father and daughter meet at Iowa Capitol

Michael Bergan is the State Assemblyman from District #55, which includes most of Winneshiek County.

But he's also a father.  So when one of his daughters, Clara, came to the State Capitol last week, advocating on behalf of Habitat for Humanity, and asked him to wear a funny hat for a photo, he did what any doting parent would do.
