Postville man arrrested on the NICC Calmar campus

Following an incident at NICC Calmar at approximately 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, 34-year-old Israel Bartlein of Postville was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for public intoxication and driving while license denied or revoked. The Calmar Police Department was assisted by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office and the Iowa State Patrol.
