Two men charged with assault in the Winneshiek County Jail

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports two men were involved in an altercation while in jail.
On Wednesday at approximately 6:30 p.m., 23-year-old Ronald Harrison of Dubuque and 36-year-old Thomas Monson of Spring Grove, MN engaged in a physical altercation while incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail. Both inmates were charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
