Ridgeway man faces charge of domestic abuse assault

A Ridgeway man has made an initial court appearance on a charge stemming from an incident Tuesday, February 13th.

Winneshiek county Sheriff's Deputies were called to Chad David Harvey's home on 240th Street shortly after midnight on the 13th after an argument he had with his wife allegedly became physical, resulting in his wife suffering a broken right collarbone.

A preliminary hearing in the case has been set for 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 12th.  A judge has issued a no contact order in the case.
