Calmar man arrested in Decorah

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 21-year-old Cody Johnson of Calmar was arrested in Decorah at 11:05 p.m. Tuesday. Johnson was charged a Warrant for Failure to Appear and was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
