Ossian woman arrested for OWI and Possession of Marijuana

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 18-year-old Angelia Hakim of Ossian was stopped on Old Stage Road in Decorah Township just after midnight on Tuesday.
Hakim was charged with Operating While Under the InfluenceAlcohol Impaired, Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hakim was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
