Cresco man cited for criminal mischief

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 28-year-old Alexander Blaess of Cresco intentionally broke a mug Friday morning while incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail. Blaess was cited for criminal mischief 5th degree.
