Fredericksburg woman arrested on OWI and drug charges

On Wednesday at 4:00 p.m., 38-year-old Chelsea L. Hartley of Fredericksburg was stopped by officers on Highway 52 near Decorah.

Hartley was charged with Serious Misdemeanor O.W.I. 1st Offense, two counts of Serious Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug and one count of Serious Misdemeanor Possession of Methamphetamine.

Hartley was arrested by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
