Decorah man arrested for possession of meth

42-year-old Harold A. Jacobson of Decorah was stopped on North Mill Street in Decorah at 12:11 a.m. Wednesday and was charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine Third or Subsequent Offense and Serious Misdemeanor Driving While License Denied or Revoked. Jacobsen was arrested by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
