Decorah School Board approves audit bid; sets date for public hearing on school calendar

The Decorah Community School Board has approved a bid for the 2017-18 audit from Hacker, Nelson, and Co. for $29,460.  The board was pleased that the bid is the same amount as the cost of the audit for this past year.

The Board also set 5:30 p.m., Monday, March 12 as the time for a public hearing on the 2018-19 school calendar.  The calendar is in the final stages of review, but August 23 is confirmed as the start date for Decorah Community Schools.
