Postville man arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail

On Monday evening, 37-year-old Ramon Sepulveda of Postville was arrested for failure to appear on Felony operating while under the influence (3rd Offense), driving while barred and possession of controlled substance (2nd Offense).
Sepulveda was transported from the Allamakee County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail.
