Letter to the Editor: Why Decorah needs a municipal electric utility

(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by Lee Zook of Decorah):

"Dear Consumers:  Why does Decorah needs a publicly-owned utility?  The Des Moines Register on January 21st on page 15a, second paragraph, said:
'State legislators said Thursday they want the investor-owned utilities to consider returning tax savings they received from the federal government to consumers." (Emphasis added.)."
