Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting scholarship applications

The Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for scholarships for NICC agriculture students and for high school seniors attending school in Winneshiek County.

The $350 scholarships will be awarded to students who show a passion for agriculture, the community, and learning. High school applicants must plan to study agriculture in their post high school education.  NICC applicants must be enrolled in an agriculture program. One high school and one NICC scholarship will be awarded.

The deadline for applications is 5:00 p.m. February 23rd.  Winners will be notified in advance, with award recognition to take place at the 17th Annual Ag Appreciation Luncheon on March 21st.
