The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office had a busy weekend.

On Saturday, Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office charged 19-year-old Mason Frick of Waukon with first offense O.W.I., serious misdemeanor; controlled substance violation (possess with intent to deliver methamphetamine), Class B Felony; and failure to affix drug stamp, a Class D Felony at 1:53 a.m. Frick was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for O.W.I., possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, and a drug tax stamp violation.

Also on Saturday at 3:15 a.m., 19-year-old Chance C. Kavars of Dubuque was charged with failure to appear on O.W.I. charges. Kavars was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on a warrant out of Dubuque County.

35-year-old Eugenio Choncoa Garcian of Stitzer, Wisconsin was arrested on Main Street  in Ossian on Sunday at 1:45 a.m. and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for O.W.I. first offense.

23-year-old Jacob A. Wickham of Waucoma was arrested on Highway 150, south of Festina, for first offense O.W.I. and serious misdemeanor  at 2:19 a.m. on Sunday and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
