Luther student shares her story of meeting with a Holocaust survivor

Kristin Davis, a senior social work major at Luther College from Washington, Iowa, is sharing her experience of meeting a Holocaust survivor.

She is in Europe for January Term as a member of a group of students taking a course called "History and Memory of the Holocaust."

Davis and her classmates met with Agi Geva, who spent a year in a concentration camp in Poland, surviving the experience with her mother and sister.  Says Kristin, "Agi began her story by telling us that she shares her experience because she does not want it (something as terrible as the Holocaust) to happen again."
