Deputies make an arrest for Operating While under the Influence

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says a Dike, Iowa man was arrested Saturday night on OWI charges.

28-year-old Sydney Hayes was stopped on Madison Road around 11:15 p.m., arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence.
