Iowa DNR now says Reilly Construction of Ossian has submitted a report and paid a fine

The Iowa DNR on Thursday announced that it had fined Reilly Construction of Ossian $2,500 for failing to file a Minor Source Emission Inventory during 2016.
 
The DNR contacted Reilly on March 31st, May 31st, August 17th and September 6th of 2017 about the company's failure to file the report, then levied the $2,500 fine.  But Iowa Department of Natural Resources attorney Kelli Book says Reilly Construction "paid the penalty and submitted the MSEI."

That means the matter has been cleared up with the Iowa DNR and the Ossian company no longer faces any DNR administrative action.
