Another man arrested in an ongoing drug investigation in Calmar

On Monday night, the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office conducted a search warrant at 106 ½ N Maryville Street in Calmar.

A warrant was issued for 19-year-old Cyrek Nelson of Calmar who was not located at the time of the search warrant. Charges were filed for Felony controlled substance violation – methamphetamine, and keeping a premises or vehicle for controlled substance.  At 9:00 p.m. Monday, Nelson was located, arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.

This case remains under investigation with other arrests and charges pending.
