Fort Atkinson resident arrested

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Fort Atkinson resident early Sunday morning following a traffic accident.

27-year-old Kelsey McConnell was charged with Operating While Under the Influence after she had an accident on County Road W14 in Fort Atkinson. No injuries were reported. McConnell was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
