Celebrating 20 years of youth mentoring in Winneshiek County

Winneshiek County supervisors have signed a proclamation declaring January "National Mentoring Month."  In addition, Helping Services' Youth Mentoring program was recognized Tuesday for providing mentors to youth in Winnehshiek County for 20 years.
