Decorah man arrested for failure to serve jail time

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says a Decorah man has been taken into custody.
20-year-old Dominick Watson was served a warrant Saturday for failure to serve jail time. He was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
