Josey Jewell rings the bell at the NYSE to open Tuesday's trading

The University of Iowa football team will take on Boston College at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday in the Pinstripe Bowl in New York City.

But Tuesday was a day of sightseeing for the Hawkeye football team.  Decorah native Josey Jewell was given the opportunity to ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange--a task, he told Hawkeye Sports, that made him a little nervous.  But Jewell handled the job flawlessly and now can concentrate on football.
