Cresco man arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 48-year-old Justin Payne of Cresco was arrested on a warrant for violation of pre-trial supervision at the Howard County Jail Wednesday afternoon. Payne was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
