Two men arrested in separate incidents

Shortly after 3:00 a.m. Saturday, 19-year-old Michael Jones of Postville was pulled over for speeding on Highway 9 west of Decorah. Jones was cited for speeding, failure to provide proof of financial liability and violation of instruction permit limitation. Jones was arrested for providing false identification information and was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.

At 9:54 a.m. Saturday, 40-year-old David Rodriguez of Dover, Minnesota was pulled over for speeding on Highway 52 near College Drive. Rodriguez was cited for speeding and arrested for driving with a revoked license. Rodriguez was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
