Who's knocking over signs on Ice Cave Road?

Ice Cave Road is still closed to through traffic.  But apparently there is someone who's upset about that. 

County Engineer Lee Bjerke says signs warning of the road closing have been "tossed" out of the way a couple of times recently.  Bjerke says the signs have now been anchored and will not be able to be moved in the future.
