Calmar woman charged with OWI

36-year-old Melissa Foley of Calmar was involved in an accident in the early morning hours on October 28th at County Road B16 and 265th Avenue. The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports toxicology results show Foley was under the influence. Foley was charged with operating while under the influence.
