Decorah Jobs purchases 27 acres of property across from the Decorah Airport

The Decorah Business Park is growing.

Decorah Jobs has purchased 27 acres of farmland located on Highway 9, across from the Decorah Airport.  The property has highway frontage.  It also has high traffic counts at that point of Highway 9.

Winneshiek County Development Inc. Executive Director Stephanie Fromm says city water and sewer lines go through the property, which would make it easy for any business to get utility service.

The purchase of the property will be financed through Decorah Bank & Trust, Viking State Bank and Trust, Kerndt Brothers Bank and Northeast Security Bank.
