DARE programs at four schools hold graduation ceremonies

South Winn

Students at four schools in Winneshiek County have graduated from the DARE program.  South Winneshiek, North Winneshiek, CFS and Ossian De Sales have held ceremonies for the students completing the drug abuse resistance program.  Turkey Valley DARE students will be graduating in January.
