New offices of the Decorah Genealogy Association have at least five times the space

The Decorah Genealogy Association held an Open House Monday night to show off its new facility at 808 River Street in Decorah.

The organization moved to the space just under one year ago, but held the Open House Monday night as a way to show the public how much more space it has in its new quarters.  That space not only allows the organization more room to store its historical documents, but allows for work spaces in all of the rooms in the building.

Said Decorah Genealogy Association spokesperson Midge Kjome, "It's everything we needed."
