New Decorah City Council members will have an orientation Monday

There's a lot to learn when you become a member of the Decorah City Council.  So newly-elected members Ross Hadley and Johanna Bergan will be taking part in an orientation on Monday.  It's the first time ever new city council members have had an orientation program put on for them.

Newly-elected mayor Lorraine Borowski will also take part in the orientation on Monday.
