Man charged with OWI and possession of marijuana

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 55-year-old Alan Holthaus of Tracy, IA was stopped at Townline and Highway 52 at 8:08 a.m. Saturday.
Holthaus was charged with operating while under the influence and possession of controlled substance (marijuana) 2nd offense. Holthaus was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
