Long-time radio personality Arleen Soltow retires

A long-time Northeast Iowa radio broadcaster has done the final broadcast of her career.

Arleen Soltow on Thursday did the final broadcast of "The Arleen Show" from Java John's in Decorah.  She has worked for KQYB, KNEI and KVIK in a career reaching back to the 1980s.  Thursday's broadcast included a cake and a flower for Soltow, who will now take a well-deserved rest after more than 35 years in broadcasting.
