Calmar woman cited for criminal mischief while in jail

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 32-year-old Ashley Johnson of Calmar was charged with Criminal Michief 5th Degree at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday.

While incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail, Johnson intentionally tore and destroyed a jail bed sheet.
