Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports three weekend arrests

At 4:03 p.m. Friday, 27-year-old Joshua Ramos of Waukon was arrested in Waukon by the Allamakee County Sheriff's Office on two Winneshiek County warrants - Violation of Probation and three Charges of Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Ramos was transported from Allamakee County to the Winneshiek County Jail.
    
At 8:23 p.m. Friday, 35-year-old Tauren Gess of Decorah was stopped at 187th Street North of Calmar. She was charged with operating While Under the influence, interference with official acts, aggravated misdemeanor, child endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance – marijuana, unlawful possession of prescription drug, no valid drivers license and failure to provide proof of financial liability. Gess was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.

At 7:28 p.m. Saturday, 38-year-old Brian Miller of Postville was stopped at 174th Street near Frankville. He was charged with Violation of No Contact/Protective Order. Miller was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
