Decorah Police responded to a report of a vehicle flipped onto its side on East Main Street, Thursday at 11:54 p.m. Upon further investigation, they arrested 29-year-old Kenneth Koch of Harmony, MN.
Koch's Ford Escape was traveling east on East Main Street, when he struck a Jeep Wrangler, parked legally on the side of the road. The Ford Escape struck the left rear tire of the jeep and bounced off the tire, landing on its side. The Escape sustained $6,000 damage to the driver's side and was towed. The Jeep had $500 damage to the tire.
Koch was arrested for operating while under the influence, 3rd offense.
