Decorah woman arrested for allegedly violating no contact order

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a Decorah woman.

28-year-old Kyli Byers was taken into custody around 8:30 p.m. Monday for allegedly violating a No Contact/Protective Order. Deputies then booked her into the Winneshiek County Jail.
