Tickets on sale for HSNEI's Tails & Treasures fundraiser

Tickets have gone on sale for HSNEI's Tails & Treasures fundraiser November 10th
 
Nine local artists volunteered their talents to paint cat and dog statues that will be the feature of a live auction November 10th to benefit the Humane Society of Northeast Iowa.  Val Miller, Bonnie Koloc, Ruth Green, Tom Sheppard, Lea Lovelace, Keri Bodensteiner, Charlene Selbee, Laurie Thompson and Barbara Fay have painted the statues, which can be seen in the former JCPenney's window on Water Street in Decorah.
     
The auction will feature over 40 live and silent auction items, food, entertainment and door prizes.  All ticket and auction proceeds go directly to help HSNEI.
     
The auction will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Oneota Country Club in Decorah.  Tickets are $40 in advance, or $45 at the door.  Tickets are available at hsnei.org or at the Adoption Center at 2345 Millenium Road, Decorah, IA 52101.
