The flu season is off to an early start this year.  The best way to prevent getting the flu is to get an annual flu shot.

In addition to getting the flu shot, you can also reduce your chances of getting the flu and other common viruses such as colds, by washing your hands and using hand sanitizer regularly. Also cough into your elbow not your hand; this will help prevent the spread of germs.
